The Sindh Technical Education Vocational Training Authority (STEVTA) provides testing and certification of skilled workers in the informal sector as well as all vocational courses offered in the public and private sectors. STEVTA was formed to undertake, manage and control quality skills training in the province – there are now 252 institutes operating under STEVTA in the province.
The Technical Education Vocational Training Authority (TEVTA) Punjab was created to enhance global competitiveness in Punjab, through a quality and productive workforce by developing demand driven, standardized, dynamic and integrated technical education and vocational training service. About 400 institutes operate under TEVTA Punjab.
